I haven't made any cards lately but I was asked if I would like to be a GDT for the Crafty Calendar Challenge. This month it is a great sketch with 'around the world' as the theme.
My mum's new Magnolia stamps arrived last week and she let me use 'Spanish Tilda' for my card. The backing paper, flowers, ribbon and gems were all from my mum's stash. The image was coloured with Promarkers. My mum also has Copics but I didn't want to use them because I find them difficult to colour with and I think my colouring is neater with the Promarkers.
My mum helped me cut and layer the backing paper and she also tied the bow for me but everything else is my own work.
My mum has found a few challenges where I can enter my card.

I really love this card and think it's the best one I have made so far. My mum suggested that I give it to my friend Freya for her birthday but I like it so much I want to keep it for myself :o) I hope you also like my card.
